Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and ProfitPanda ("ProfitPanda", "we", "us"). By using profitpanda.in or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

ProfitPanda publishes market data, descriptive statistics and rule-based screens about Indian and global markets, for information and education.

• Nothing on ProfitPanda is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security.
• ProfitPanda is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst.
• Screens, scores, alerts and labels are mechanical rules applied to published data. Their rules are disclosed, and past results shown on the track record do not indicate future results.
• Paper trading is a simulation with virtual money. No order is ever placed with any broker or exchange, and simulated results ignore real-world liquidity, slippage and taxes beyond the estimates shown.
• You alone decide what to do with any information here. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before acting on it. Investing in securities involves risk, including the loss of capital.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Paid features are offered to customers in India.

• Give accurate details and keep your password (and two-factor codes, if enabled) secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. It can be signed in on one device at a time: signing in on a new device asks you to confirm, then signs out the other device.
• Sharing, reselling or pooling an account is not allowed.
• Tell us at support@profitpanda.in straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Paid features are sold as a subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.

Your first subscription starts with a 15-day money-back trial: you pay for the first period up front and, if you cancel within 15 days of that payment, you receive a full refund and access ends. The trial is available once per person. The details, including how refunds are paid, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to you.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, resell or publish ProfitPanda's data, screens or content, or use them to build a competing service;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools against the site, other than normal use of a browser;
• try to get around access controls, rate limits, the single-session rule or the paywall, or probe for security weaknesses;
• upload anything unlawful or harmful, or use the service to mislead others, including by presenting our data as personalised advice or promising returns;
• use the service in breach of any law, including SEBI regulations.

Figures come from stock exchanges (NSE, BSE), regulators and central banks, public statistical sources, market data vendors and news publishers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised by its source or wrong. The exchange or original source is always the authority.

News headlines are shown with a link to the publisher and belong to them. We do not verify third-party content and are not responsible for it or for linked websites.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, including trading decisions.

We send service messages about your account, payments and security. Morning briefings, alert emails and WhatsApp messages are sent only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time from My desk or through the link in each email.

Alerts are best-effort. They can be delayed or missed (for example if a data source or the messaging provider is unavailable) and must not be relied on as the only trigger for a financial decision.

The website, its software, design, text, screens, scores and compilations of data are owned by or licensed to ProfitPanda. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own non-commercial purposes while your access lasts.

To the fullest extent the law allows: ProfitPanda is provided "as is"; we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its data; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to compensate ProfitPanda for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, including redistribution of our data.

You can stop using ProfitPanda and cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms (for example, account sharing, scraping or payment fraud). Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of the current paid period.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify members by email or on the site before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
